The class of 1984
"We, that is to say, Mahesh Naryan, Peter Tiffen, Jonathan Adkins and James Hook, departed from the steps of the Equatorial Hotel on the morning of Sunday 5th April, for the island of Tioman. This was the culmination of five long months planning. We were driven to the causeway by Mr. Don Hook, a father of one of the members of the group. at the causeway we were un ceremoniously dumped halfway along when Mr. Don Hook decided he had better things to do than spend all day trying to get through a traffic jam."

G'day...Pitched up in Darwin last night after driving 5000km from Perth via Ayer's Rock and Tennant Creek. Tennant Creek wasn't actually much of a highlight. I've been out of contact for about 6 weeks, so not exactly sure what you guys are up to, but it looks like you're creating a new website. About bloody time!!
Can't help you with photos of me ... haven't worked out how to download from my digital camera onto email yet. Nor do I possess a 1984 pic. However, I have a 6-week-old beard at present, and people say I look a lot like a young John Williamson. If you know who he is ... and I don't ... then chuck a picture of him on the site.
I'm off to Singapore on Oct 1 to try to see the alumni woman at UWC. Watch this space.

Susan Grossey: Events co-ordinator
"There'll be plenty of time to catch up with you all at the reunion, so suffice to say that I am now married, living in Cambridge (England) and running my own anti-money laundering consultancy.
It occurred to me a few months ago that we really couldn't let our 20-year anniversary of leaving UWCSEA go by without some sort of recognition, and it seems to me that Singapore is the sort of place that almost everyone would be happy to revisit. And with a whole year's notice, you'll all have time to organise your diaries and save the pennies for the airfare. I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible, back at school on Saturday 14 August 2004 - uniform optional!"

Jonathan (Jad) Adkins: Web design
"After recieving Susan's email about the UWC reunion, I decided to get involved. I now live in Australia and have my own graphic design and web development studio...
I immediately thought about producing a quick website for the class of 1984, the idea was well recieved by James and Susan...so I got stuck in to it.
My plans for this, our website, is to develop it further so that we can all keep intouch and be informed of any future activities. This is our website, and your imput is more than welcome...it is essential...please get involved!
I can't wait to see you all in 2004!
